Multiple Power/Water Back In RV Sites with 30/50 Amp Electricity and Water Hookups. Tent Camping is also available on this property. RV and tent camping at this property can only be booked with the Ridge Retreat group. No sewage hookup. Dumping is available on property which is accessible for ≤ 30' motorhomes to drive to. All other campers have access to using our Portable RV Waste Holding Tanks with tow adapters. The Ridge Retreat RV Camp area is on the shared 136' driveway which is in between a bank and green picnic area. The Ridge Retreat RV area can accommodate three 26' RV's, 2 larger campers or 4-6 smaller campers (pop ups, tear drops, overlanders, micro-campers, Class B, etc). The RV area is 96' in length and between 30'-50' wide. In addition, there's a 32'x12' space to accommodate a smaller camper in between the house and bank. In order to access the RV site, you must be able to turn around in the drive or back in from our main driveway. If we are fully booked upon your arrival, you will have to back in from our entrance to your driveway which is 700' straight back. The driveway entrance is 28' wide and the ease onto your drive is a 40 degree turn. The property is also able to host 3 large and 2 smaller tents in the front yard and multiple medium to smaller tents on the side of the house. The yard has mountain views and is adjacent to a mature mountain laurel forest. Power and an outdoor spigot is available for tent campers. The tent camp area footprints are below: Front of house: 50'x 30' 25'x 10' 17' x 8' 13' x 8' Side of House: 18' x 15' 10' x 8' The Ridge Retreat has a communal Bonfire Pit with Log Benches, Picnic Area and over-sized Hammocks.
